Refund Policy
The Company is committed to ensuring transparency and clarity in the financial relationship between Experts and Customers regarding the Services we provide.
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the Custom Writing Services offered on a paid basis and sets forth the circumstances under which a Customer may be eligible for a refund. We are responsible for delivering the Product within the agreed timeframe and in accordance with the Customer’s requirements as specified in the Order. If any of the Expert’s obligations relating to the Order are not fulfilled, the Customer may be entitled to a partial or full refund in accordance with this Policy.
The AI Tool Service is offered free of charge, and no payment is required for its use. Because this Service does not involve any financial transactions, it is not covered by this Refund Policy, and no refunds apply to it.
1. General
The Site functions solely as a platform and is not, under any circumstances, a party to any agreements entered into between Experts and Customers, nor to any other services or materials provided by an Expert. The Company bears no responsibility for monitoring, supervising, or otherwise overseeing any transactions or interactions between Customers and Experts.
Please be aware that refund eligibility may vary depending on the country or region in which you reside. In jurisdictions that provide statutory consumer rights, you continue to retain those rights in full. To request a refund, you must contact us directly.
Under this Refund Policy, you are entitled to request a refund if the Product delivered by the Expert does not meet the requirements specified in your Order.
- No Expert Assigned Yet
Although unusual, this situation may occur. In such cases, the Customer is entitled to a 100% refund.
- Late Cancellation
If an Expert has already been assigned but you choose to cancel the Order, the refund amount may range from 100% to 70%. This percentage reflects the effort already expended by the Company and the Expert in preparing to provide the Product and associated Services. This applies only when the paper has not yet been uploaded.
If the work has already been completed, the matter will be reviewed as a Disputed Claim. Disputed Claims are evaluated by the Quality Assurance Department, which determines the applicable refund amount.
- Late Delivery
The Company will issue an appropriate refund amount to compensate for late delivery. The exact refund will be determined in consultation with the Customer.
No refund will be granted if the delay results from the Customer’s failure to provide necessary information or materials required to complete the Order. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that all relevant instructions and required sources be submitted at the time of placing the Order.
If the Order is completed after the original deadline but the Customer still intends to use the work, they may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Disputed Сlaims
If the Customer is dissatisfied and seeks a refund, the Quality Assurance Department will conduct an internal investigation. The refund request will be approved or denied based on the findings of that investigation and its determination regarding satisfaction of the Customer’s concerns.
- Accidental Duplicate Order
If you place an Order by mistake, you must contact us as soon as possible. You must clarify that the duplicate Order is not needed, and a full refund will be issued.
If we do not receive a cancellation request before an Expert has been assigned, the Order will be treated as valid. You may still cancel the Order; however, the applicable refund scenario described in this Policy will apply.
- Two invoices received
If you are charged twice, please notify us immediately, especially if your Personal Balance does not reflect the duplicate transaction. You must provide both receipts so that we may properly investigate the matter and process a full refund for the duplicate charge.
- Content originality
If the Customer submits a claim concerning the originality of the Product, a clear, reputable originality report with supporting evidence is required. Without such documentation, no refund can be granted.
- You used the Product for personal purposes or as part of another Order on the Site. In such cases, at least 70% of the contract price must be released. However, the exact sum may be adjusted based on the findings of the Quality Assurance Department.
- You received a lower grade than expected. Please remember that we do not guarantee high grades. The Site is a learning platform that facilitates cooperation between Customers and educational Experts for the purpose of improving the Customer’s educational level. Accordingly, we cannot offer refunds for claims related to a failed course or similar outcomes, because the Expert’s role is to assist the Customer in accordance with the requirements specified in the Order. It remains the Customer’s responsibility to complete educational tasks independently.
- You were not admitted to an educational institution or did not pass an exam, test, or quiz. We do not guarantee improved admission outcomes or success on exams, tests, or quizzes. While we may provide educational materials or information, we strictly prohibit academic dishonesty and do not provide Products intended to be submitted as the Customer’s or any other individual’s original work.
- We cannot verify that the service was provided poorly. In particular, but not limited to the situations where: you bypassed the Site; you placed an order on a third-party platform or you placed on order by inserting URL to third-party resources and in such a way did not allow our Quality Assurance Department to check the completed work (if any); you placed an order without complying with the requirements of the Site policies.
- The editing and proofreading Order did not meet your expectations. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide Experts with clear requirements and expectations for the Order. We are not responsible for contextual errors or content-originality issues present in materials supplied by the Customer. A Customer is not entitled to a refund for quality-related issues when the Order is for editing or proofreading. Additionally, any attempt to select editing or rewriting services as initial instructions while pressuring Experts to produce new content shall be considered a malicious act.
- The refund period has passed. Refunds are available for six (6) months from the date of the original transaction. Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. If six months have passed since the transaction date, we are unable to issue a refund.
We have no liability to you, nor any obligation to issue a refund, for any internet or other Service outages or failures that result from actions taken by government authorities, the actions of third parties, or any events beyond our reasonable control.
2. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, additional time may be required for the funds to be returned to your payment method. The Company typically processes refunds within three (3) business days. The Company cannot be held responsible for any bank transfer fees, transfer irregularities, or potential delays.
Please note that refund processing is dependent on the original payment date for your Order and, in certain situations, may carry an increased likelihood of processing issues. Such circumstances are outside the Company’s control, as refunds are processed by independent payment card network processors that operate under their own rules. Accordingly, the Company cannot complete your refund if such external processing issues occur.
Refunds are available within six (6) months of the original transaction date. You are not entitled to a refund if this refund period has expired. Funds may only be returned to the original payment method used for the initial purchase.
For the same reason, it is not possible to redirect a refund to a different payment method (for example, to a new credit card issued by another institution).
3. Chargeback
Chargebacks occur when you dispute a transaction with your payment issuer and the issuer contacts us to reverse the charge. In the event of a chargeback, you agree that we may suspend access to your account. Any fees incurred as a result of chargebacks or other payment disputes shall be your responsibility.
4. Expired Account
If your last activity on the Site, counted from the date of your most recent payment, exceeds one hundred eighty (180) days, your account will be deemed expired and will be deleted. Upon deletion of your account or profile, all personal data processed by the Company in connection with it will also be erased.
5. Deletion of an Account
You may request deletion of your account at any time by selecting the deactivate option within your account settings. However, no refunds are provided in connection with account deactivation.
Before your account is permanently deleted, it will remain in a temporarily deactivated status for a period of fourteen (14) days. This period allows you the opportunity to reconsider your decision and reactivate your account if desired. If you have any remaining funds in your account, you must notify the Support Team during this 14-day window.
If your account is suspended or deactivated due to a breach of any of our policies, you understand and agree that you are not entitled to any refund or exchange for unused Services, any content or data associated with your account, or any other related items.
Account deletion is a permanent and irreversible action. If, at a later time, you wish to place Orders or use Products or Services that require an account, you will be required to create a new account.
6. Payment Services
We use third-party payment services to process payments through an online payment account rather than handling your credit or debit card information directly. Your paid balance is securely maintained in your account, as we utilize an integrated checkout iframe provided by our partner payment providers, and Experts are compensated for each confirmed Product. All transactions are protected, as our partner payment providers employ encryption safeguards. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
7. Processing of Billing Information
We do not collect, store, or otherwise process your billing information. Any billing information you provide to pay for Services through the Site is processed solely by our payment providers.
You agree that the Company is not responsible for any failure by a third party to properly safeguard such information. All payment processing is governed not only by this Policy but also by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of our partner payment providers.
You acknowledge that we may change our payment providers and may require such providers to transfer your information to other service providers that use secure socket layer (SSL) technology or other required security technologies to encrypt and protect your information.
8. Payments and Taxes
We will hold your payment and release it to the applicable Expert once the ordered Product has been completed at the previously agreed price. Both Customers and Experts are responsible for all transaction fees associated with the delivery and use of Services provided through our Site.
Registering as a user of the Site is free. However, when paying for an Order, the Customer may be charged a Service fee payable to the Company. The Service fee is non-refundable, except where the Order evaluation is 0% (zero percent).
Each party is responsible for paying all fees and any applicable taxes related to the delivery and consumption of Services through our Site. We charge Experts a commission for our Services. An Expert’s failure to pay the required fees shall constitute a material breach of this Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
9. Payouts
Experts are compensated for each Product confirmed by the Customer, with payments deposited into their account on the platform. To receive payouts, Experts may use our third-party payment services, which facilitate secure transactions.
10. Other
Any payments made through our Site are intended solely for the delivery and consumption of Services between Customers and Experts. Such payments must not be made or used for any fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise illegal activity as defined by applicable law.
11. Authorship after a Refund
If an Order is canceled, the Customer is prohibited from using any Products that were provided prior to the cancellation. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, the Company retains full authorship of all Products associated with a canceled Order, and you will have no right to use them in any manner. Furthermore, the Product will be uploaded to repository services, where it will be marked as 100% not original.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on the Site.
Although we generally attempt to provide advance notice before new terms take effect, certain changes may need to be implemented immediately. In such cases, no prior notice will be provided.
